Abstract：Ectopic kidney is a renal malformation, the most common is the pelvic kidney, and the thoracic kidney is the most rare type. This paper reports a rare case of right thoracic kidney complicated with right middle ureteral calculi. After ureteroscopic lithotripsy, the curative effect was obvious and the patient satisfaction was high.The relevant literature was reviewed in combination with this case, so as to provide a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical thoracic kidney and related complications.
