经自然腔道内镜手术在泌尿外科的应用 |

摘要 经自然腔道内镜手术(natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery,NOTES),以其创伤更小、恢复更快、美容效果更佳等优势,正引领着外科手术的第三次革新浪潮。其中,泌尿外科NOTES的发展较为迅速。但是,由于受到器械和操作技术等因素的限制,泌尿外科NOTES的临床研究多集中在混合NOTES方面。另外,由于其他入路尚不成熟,泌尿外科NOTES的入路以经阴道途径为主。近年来,泌尿外科学者积极开展了NOTES的实验研究和临床研究,在NOTES的入路选择、感染预防、工作通道建立、操作技术及特殊器械研发等领域进行了有益探索,进展喜人。本文就NOTES在泌尿外科领域的应用进展作一小结。
