Abstract:Objective:To obverse the leakage of fluid in the bladder of bladder tumor patients who received transurethral partial cystectomy by 2 μm continuous wave laser. Methods:From October 2008 to October 2013, 35 cases of bladder carcinoma were treated with 2 μm laser transurethrally under sacral block. The leakage of fluid in the bladder was obversed by transrectal ultrasound or transvaginal ultrasound. Results:Transurethral partial cystectomy in the treatment of bladder tumor by 2 μm continuous wave laser was safe, efficient and effective. One case had urine leakage and one case had peritoneum perforation inspected by transrectal ultrasound or transvaginal ultrasound. Conclusions:Inspected by transrectal ultrasound or transvaginal ultrasound after operation, the integrity of the bladder wall can be retained finely, and bladder perforation occurs seldom.
