Abstract：Objective: To investigate the necessity and method of ureteral stent implantation in bladder tumor or cystitis glandularis. Methods: From April 2016 to October 2016, 2 cases of cystitis glandularis and 2 cases of bladder tumor were treated by transurethral resection of ureter and ureteral stentsimplantation in our hospital. Results: Four patients were followed up for 3 months with color doppler ultrasound, and no hydronephrosis was found. The ureteral stent was removed after 6 months, and no tumor recurrence and no ureteral orifice was found. Conclusions: Ureteral stent implantation can prevent the accessory injuryof the ureter caused by excision, and can ensure the maximum resection of the tumor to ensure the quality of the operation.
