Abstract:Objective:To discuss the effectiveness of occluder device in managing ureter upside stone in holmium laser uterterolithotripsy. Methods:The occluder devices were inserted into uerteral cavity through ureter stone, and one kind of ball-like blockage was performed to prevent escape of stone. Results:Except one case of stone escaping into renal pelvic cavity, 29 cases were subjected to successful operation of holmium laser uterterolithotripsy. Ureter stone was disposd and hydronephrosis was receded. Conclusions:The effectiveness of occluder device is definite in managing ureter upside stone in holmium laser uterterolithotripsy.
