Abstract:Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of HX-610-135L titanium clip in 2-micron laser treatment of non-muscle-invasive bladder tumor. Methods:A total of 57 non-muscle invasive bladder tumor patients were randomly divided into titanium group (n=29) and non-titanium group (n=28). All patients received transurethral resection of the bladder tumor with 2-micron laser, while the titanium group also underwent endoscopic closure of bladder mucosa with titanium clips resection. Peri delete operative complications were observed and the patients were followed up with cystoscopy for evaluation of therapeutic effect. Results:All operations were successfully completed without serious complications. Titanium group was significantly superior to non-titanium group in bladder irrigation time, catheter retention time, vescical mucosal healing time and the incidence rate urinary tract (P<0.05). Conclusions:Application of titanium clips can improve the feasibility and tolerability of transurethral resection of bladder tumor with 2-micron laser.
