Abstract：Objective: To improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of reninoma. Methods: The clinical data of 2 cases of reninoma with hypertension, high levels of peripheral serum renin activityaldosterone and hypokalemia were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy was performed on 2 cases. Blood pressure and serum potassium completely recovered after operation in one case. Serum potassium recovered and blood pressure returned to normal by administrating blood pressure medication in the other case. Conclusions: Retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy is an effective method for treatment of reninoma.
