Abstract:Objective: To explore the urodynamics of detenial sigmoid neobladder of the laparoscopic radical cystectomy (LRC) WZ (Wang-Zebra). Methods: In the 36 patients with construction of detenial sigmoid neobladder of the LRC WZ (Wang-Zebra), urinary flow rate, residual urine, new bladder pressure and new bladder capacity after surgery were tested, and the urinary continence was recorded 12 and 24 months after surgery. Results: The maximum urinary flow rate at 12th and 24th month after surgery was (15.50±1.50) and (15.15±1.25) mL/s, the maximum bladder pressure during the new bladder voiding period was (6.15±0.37)、(7.21±0.34) kPa, the maximum bladder pressure during the new bladder urine storage period was (2.28±0.27)、(2.93±0.24)kPa, and the new bladder capacity was (493.30±10.86) and (514.10±15.50), respectively. There was significant difference in the new bladder capacity and urinary bladder pressure during storage period, bladder pressure during the voiding period, and residual urine (P<0.05 for all). There was significant difference in the maximum urinary flow rate between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions: The WZ-type new bladder has a satisfactory curative effect, and is worth for clinical promotion.
