Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the value of laparoscopic simulation training in laparoscopic teaching. Methods: Forty-nine surgeons were trained on laparoscopic basic skills. The ability of clamping, transmission, pattern cutting and stitching was assessed and the results were compared before and after training. Results: The basic skills of trainees were significantly improved after training for 4 weeks. Conclusions: Laparoscopic simulated training can improve the basic skills of surgeon, but the evaluation criteria still need to be improved.
