Abstract:Partial nephrectomy is widely recognized by clinicians for its ability to preserve renal function and improve patients' quality of life to the maximum extent. In recent years, with the development of medical equipment and surgical techniques, a variety of laparoscopic suture methods have appeared. Based on the relevant literature and R.E.N.A.L. score, renal tumors in different locations were classified into low, medium and high complexity according to the difficulty of treatment, and the research progress of suture methods used for reconstruction of renal tissue in partial nephrectomy with different difficulty was briefly reviewed.
