肾部分切除术肾组织重建缝合方式的研究进展

摘要肾部分切除术因其能将患者肾功能极大限度地保留、提高患者的生活质量,被临床医师普遍认可。近年来,随着医学设备以及手术技术的发展,出现了各种腹腔镜下的缝合方法。现结合相关文献,基于R.E.N.A.L.评分,依据处理难度把不同位置的肾肿瘤分为低、中、高难度,并对不同难度的肾部分切除术中肾组织重建时使用的缝合方式的相关研究进展作一简要综述。

Abstract：Partial nephrectomy is widely recognized by clinicians for its ability to preserve renal function and improve patients' quality of life to the maximum extent. In recent years, with the development of medical equipment and surgical techniques, a variety of laparoscopic suture methods have appeared. Based on the relevant literature and R.E.N.A.L. score, renal tumors in different locations were classified into low, medium and high complexity according to the difficulty of treatment, and the research progress of suture methods used for reconstruction of renal tissue in partial nephrectomy with different difficulty was briefly reviewed.
