摘要 目的:探索一种高效、稳定的肾门水平下腔静脉渐进性梗阻动物模型的建立方法。方法:选用2只健康成年比格犬,通过开腹手术在下腔静脉肾静脉入口上方约2 cm处环置Ameroid缩窄环的方法制作动物模型。术后每周超声观察肾脏大小、质地,置入的Ameroid缩窄环的位置,并测量下腔静脉的直径、血流速度。6周后行下腔静脉造影观察侧支循环建立的情况。结果:超声显示造模手术后下腔静脉直径逐渐增粗,流速变慢。下腔静脉造影发现所有比格犬均形成了明显的侧支循环。结论:采用Ameroid缩窄环能成功建立肾门水平下腔静脉渐进性梗阻犬动物模型。

AbstractObjective: To explore an efficient and stable method for the establishment of a canine model of inferior vena cava progressive obstruction at renal hilus level. Methods: The model was established in 2 Beagle dogs by encircling an ameroid constrictor on the inferior vena cava, which was 2 cm above the entrance of the renal vein. Ultrasound examinations were performed weekly after surgery to observe the size and texture of the kidney, the position of the placed ameroid constrictor, the diameter of the inferior vena cava, and the blood flow velocity. Six weeks after surgery, an inferior vena cava angiography was performed to observe the establishment of the collateral circulation. Results: Ultrasound examinations showed that the diameter of the inferior vena cava gradually increased and the flow rate slowed after the surgery operation. Inferior vena cava angiography revealed a significant collateral circulation in all Beagle dogs. Conclusion: A canine model of inferior vena cava progressive obstruction at the level of renal hilus was successfully established by using the ameroid constrictors.
