摘要 目的:介绍应用数字肾模型定位内生性肾肿瘤、实施肾部分切除手术的经验。方法:患者术前影像学检查明确诊断为内生性肿瘤,应用MIMICS软件重建数字肾模型,计算肿瘤距离肾脏上下极、外侧轮廓线的位置,得出定位数据。在手术中根据该数据定位肿瘤,行肾部分切除。结果:应用数字肾模型进行内生性肿瘤定位,与手术中实体所见高度吻合。结论:数字肾是内生性肿瘤行肾部分切除手术时进行定位的简单、有效手段。

Abstract:Objective: To introduce the experience of digital kidney in localization of endophytic renal tumor during partial nephrectomy. Methods: Preoperative image showed an endophytic renal tumor. Digital kidney was reconstructed by MIMICS. The tumor was localized by calculating the distance from tumor to the upper or lower pole of the kidney as well as the outline of the lateral kidney. The data was utilized during laparoscopic surgery to localize the tumor and partial nephrectomy was performed. Results: Digital kidney can localize accurately the endophytic renal tumor, and coincide with the reality. Conclusions: Digital kidney is a simple and reliable method to localize the endophytic renal tumor during partial nephrectomy.
