肺鳞状细胞癌术后肾转移3例报告并文献复习

摘要目的:探讨肺鳞状细胞癌术后肾转移的临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后。方法:回顾性分析2006年1月~2014年2月期间收治的3例肺鳞状细胞癌术后肾转移患者的临床资料,结合文献复习并进行讨论。结果:3例患者均为中老年男性,肺鳞状细胞癌术后,经多程化疗后,发生肾转移后行腹腔镜下患肾切除术或部分切除术,病理诊断示转移性鳞状细胞癌,与原发病灶形态一致。结论:肺鳞状细胞癌术后肾转移临床罕见,恶性程度高,结合病史、影像检查及病理、免疫组化可确诊,腹腔镜肾切除术或部分切除术对控制肾转移灶进展、提高生存质量有积极意义。

Abstract：To study the clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of renal metastases from squamous cell carcinoma of the lung. Methods: A retrospective study and literature review was performed on 3 cases of renal metastases from lung squamous cell carcinoma from Jan. 2006 to Feb. 2014. Results: Three cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma were all elderly male and underwent surgery and chemotherapy, and laparoscopic nephrectomywas performed for renal metastases. Pathological diagnosis suggested metastatic squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusions: Renal metastases from squamous cell carcinoma of the lung was clinically rare with high malignant degree. It could be diagnosed on the basis of clinical history, imaging, pathology and immunohistochemistry. Laparoscopic nephrectomy or partial nephrectomy was positively valuable to control renal metastases progress and improve the quality of life of patients.
