摘要 目前,经直肠超声引导下前列腺系统性穿刺活检仍是诊断前列腺癌的金标准。与系统性穿刺活检相比,前列腺靶向穿刺活检可以提高前列腺癌诊断阳性率、减少穿刺针数并减少并发症。随着超声技术的发展,彩色多普勒超声、能量多普勒超声、超声造影、超声弹性成像已普遍应用于前列腺癌的诊断当中,多参数超声在前列腺靶向活检中发挥着越来越重要的作用,为此,本文综述了多参数超声在前列腺癌靶向穿刺活检中的应用进展。

Abstract:Currently, transrectal ultrasound-guided systematic biopsy of the prostate remains the gold standard for the diagnosis of prostate cancer. Compared with systematic biopsy, targeted prostate biopsy can improve the positive rate of prostate cancer diagnosis, reduce the number of puncture stitches and reduce complications. With the development of ultrasound technology, colour Doppler ultrasound, energy Doppler ultrasound, contrast-enhanced ultrasound and ultrasound elastography have been commonly used in the diagnosis of prostate cancer, and multiparametric ultrasound is playing an increasingly important role in targeted prostate biopsy.
