GPS超声在经皮肾镜取石术中的应用报告

摘要 目的:探讨GPS超声在经皮肾镜碎石取石术(PCNL)中建立皮肾通道的应用价值。方法:2014年1月~2015年6月应用GPS超声引导建立皮肾通道行PCNL治疗上尿路结石54例,对其方法、通道建立时间、清石率、手术并发症等进行回顾性分析。结果:54例均一次性成功建立皮肾通道,建立皮肾通道时间5~10 min,平均(6.2±1.3)min,单通道45例,双通道9例。一期清石率90.7%(49/54);无肾切除、腹腔脏器损伤、血气胸等严重并发症。结论:GPS超声引导建立皮肾通道行PCNL具有术中实时监控、定位准确、穿刺时间短、避免盲目性穿刺的优势,是一种安全有效的超声定位穿刺方法。

Abstract :Objective: To investigate the value of establishing percutaneous renal access for percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) with guidance positioning system (Sonix GPS). Methods: From January 2014 to June 2015, the percutaneous renal access was established in total 54 cases of upper urinary tract stones had been established for PCNL with GPS. The clinical data, including curative effect and complication, were retrospectively analyzed, and the experience of operation was summarized. Results: Fifty-four operations had been performed successfully. The mean assess setting time was 5-10 min (6.2±1.3 min). Forty-five operations were accessed by single tract and 9 by double tracts. The stones in 49 cases (90.7%) were removed completely with PCNL in the first time. No intraoperative and postoperative complications occurred.Conclusions: Sonix GPS navigation can track real-timely, position accurately, shorten puncture time and avoid blindness puncture. It is a safe, and effective ultrasound puncture approach.
