Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the clinical value and feasibility of laparoscopic partial cystectomy in bladder disease. Methods: Laparoscopic partial cystectomy was performed for 11 cases of disease of bladder, it was retrospectively reviewed for the characters of pathologic features. 2 cases of urachal carcinoma and 2 cases of benign bladder, 6 cases of malignancy tumour. All the cases were underwent transperitoneal laparoscopic partial cystectomy. Results: The produce was completed in all cases.Mean surgical time was 95 minutes(60-120 min)and mean blood loss was 52 mL(40-100 mL).Mean hospital stay was 7.5 d (6-11d).Final result confirmed 2 case of intrauterine device of bladder calculi; and histopathology confirmed 2 case of vesical diverculum,1 case of inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT), 2 cases of urachal carcinoma, 4 cases of malignancy tumour. There were no significant complications during both intraoperation and postoperation. Conclusions: Laparoscopic partial cystectomy is feasible and has many advantages of minimal trauma,early recovery,shorter hospital stay.It can be an alternative surgical method for treating patient with bladder diseases.
