Abstract:Bladder cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the urinary system. 75% of the patients are newly diagnosed as non muscle invasive bladder cancer. The recommended standard treatment is transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT), but the recurrence rate is high. In recent years, experts at home and abroad have promoted the concept of “whole block resection”, and bladder tumor endoscopic submucosal dissection (BT-ESD)is rapidly applied clinically. In order to standardize the technology and achieve the purpose of curative resection, domestic experts in related fields of urology and pathology are invited to jointly formulate BT-ESD expert consensus based on domestic and foreign literature and domestic expert experience.
