加速康复外科在泌尿外科的临床应用进展

摘要 加速康复外科(ERAS)即通过采取一系列基于循证医学证据的围手术期管理措施,科学指导患者的饮食及活动,合理的规范药物使用的一种理念及实践。ERAS是科学的外科围手术期管理理念及管理模式,其实施旨在减少围手术期患者的心理应激及手术的创伤应激,减轻手术为患者带来的痛苦,加速术后康复。安全是ERAS的基石,外科、麻醉以及护理的互相协作是ERAS成功开展的保障。目前,ERAS在泌尿外科的应用随其不断的改进与完善逐渐趋于成熟,就ERAS目前在青岛大学附属烟台毓璜顶医院泌尿外科的应用进展作一介绍。

Abstract :Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) is a philosophy and practice of scientifically guiding patients' diets and activities and rationally regulating drug use by adopting a series of perioperative management measures based on evidence-based medical evidence. ERAS is a scientific surgical perioperative management concept and management model. Its implementation aims to reduce the psychological stress and traumatic stress of patients during perioperative period, reduce the pain caused by surgery and accelerate postoperative rehabilitation. Safety is the cornerstone of ERAS, and the cooperation among surgeons, anesthesiologists and nurses is a guarantee for the successful implementation of ERAS. At present, the application of ERAS in urology has gradually matured along with its continuous improvement. This article will briefly review the progress of ERAS currently applied in our department.
