摘要 单孔腹腔镜手术(LESS)是新近出现的一种微创技术革新,近年来在泌尿外科领域得到了很快的发展。回顾性分析已发表的有关泌尿外科单孔腹腔镜应用的文章中,其手术应用范围几乎涵盖所有肾脏的切除手术以及重建手术。而且通过微创技术新设备、新技术的开发和改进,如机器人在单孔腹腔镜中的应用,部分弥补了LESS固有的技术难点问题。但单孔腹腔镜肾脏手术或以后的发展能否证明其超越标准的腹腔镜肾脏手术的临床优势,还有待观察。

Abstract :Laparoendoscopic single-site surgery (LESS) has been developed rapidly in urology since its emerge as a minimally invasive technology in recent years. We analyzed published articles about LESS and its applications in urology including radical, nephron--sparing surgery, reconstructive surgery,and so on. The new equipment and technology,especially the development of robot-single port laparoscopy, partially alleviate the technical challenge of LESS. However, whether LESS is superior to standard laparoscopic kidney surgery remains to be investigated.
