Abstract：Hemangioblastoma is a rare, slow-growing benign neoplasm, most often sporadic, with a onset of 20 -50 years and a 2：1 male to female ratio.It occurs predominantly in the central nervous system, such as the cerebellum, brainstem, and medulla, but occasionally also in the meninges, retina, spinal cord, corpus callosum, lateral ventricle, pituitary, and optic nerve,rarely in the kidney.We report one case of a patient with primary renal hemangioblastoma.
