Abstract:Objective:To deal with the treatment of finding the needle fell off in the laparoscopic pyeloplasty. Methods:The clinical data of 1 case undergoing laparoscopic pyeloplasty in the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction were analyzed and literature was reviewed. Results:The anastomotic needle was fell off which was difficult to find for the treatment of UPJO by laparoscopic pyeloplasty. Then, through X-ray C-type arm devicement localization and the self-made needle detector, the anastomotic needle was found successfully without any other intraoperative and postoperative complications. Conclusions:The self-made needle seeking device is a safe and effective minimally invasive measurement for laparoscopic surgery, which is worthy of clinical application.
