Abstract:The robotic surgical system with improved three-dimensional visualization of the operative field and wristed instrumentation had been applicated in several kinds of urological surgery with safety and effective outcomes. The robotic assisted laparoscopic kidney transplantation has been developed based on traditional kidney transplantation and robotic assisted laparoscopic operation. The application of robotic assisted laparoscopic technique in kidney transplantation is reviewed.
