微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石临床研究(附103例报告)

摘要 目的: 探究在复杂性肾结石的临床治疗中,采用微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术进行治疗,观察其临床应用效果。方法: 选取2007年8月~2016年2月来本院接受微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗的103例复杂性肾结石患者的临床信息资料作为研究的案例,回顾分析其临床信息资料,探究该手术疗法的临床疗效。结果: 通过对103例患者的临床信息资料的回顾分析可发现,有65例(63.11%)患者一期取净结石,有28例(27.18%)患者二期取净结石,另外有10例(9.71%)患者在经过排石治疗后,其仍然残留部分结石,在给予患者有关药物治疗及ESWL治疗后,其肾功能状况得到有效的改善。结论: 在复杂性肾结石的临床治疗中,采用微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术进行治疗,具有良好的治疗效果,其手术安全高效,能够极大的提升其结石清除率。

Abstract：Objective: To explore the Clinical practice of minimally invasive percutaneous holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of complicated renal calculi. Methods: Clinical information data of 103 cases of complex renal calculi patients who underwent minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy from August 2007 to February 2016 were analysed, and the clinical effect of the surgical therapy were explored. Results: The clinic data showed the stones in 65 patients (63.11%) was removed completely in the frist time, 28 patients (27.18%) get stone free in stage two, and the urinary calculi remained after surgical therapy in 10 patients(9.71%) who got drug treatment and ESWL. Conclusions: The use of minimally invasive percutaneous endoscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of complex nephrolithiasis has a good therapeutic effect and security, can greatly improve the stone free rate.
