Abstract:Objective: To investigate the specialized intensive nursing of 1 case of serious hydronehprosis and postoperative abdominal infection. Methods: The whole nursing of the patient included vital signs monitoring, application of respirator, canal nursing, prevention of bleeding, parenteral nutrition related nursing, fluid management, temperature management, skin and psychological care. Furthermore, it was also of critical significance to monitor tests related to other organs, including arterial blood gas analysis, renal and hepatic function, respiratory function. Results: Nurses expertise intensive caring skills can help identify the change of patients' vital signs timely. Conclusions: Increasing the special and intensive nursing care skills is of great significance for training specialty nurses.
