Abstract:Objective:To compare the efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureter and ureteroscopic holmium laser for the treatment of upper ureteral calculi. Methods:We retrospective investigated 108 cases(,including 83 cases of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy, laparoscopic ureterolithotomy and 25 cases,) from March 2011 to March 2014. the inclusion criteria: ①Stone size >1.5 cm; ②the distal ureteral stonesstenosis or tortuous; ③the CT check the stone surface smooth or following ureteral polyp formation or ureter calculus incarcerated, and close adhesion. Results:Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy stone free rate was 61.4% (51/83), laparoscopic ureterolithotomy stone free rate was 100%(25/25), ureteroscopy group average hospitalization days was (7.15 + 0.45)d, retroperitoneal laparoscopic group stoneaverage hospitalization days was (9.43 + 0.34)d, amount of bleeding during the operation of ureteroscopy group (5.14 + 1.27)mL, retroperitoneal laparoscopic group was (50.36 +10.42)mL, the average hospitalization expenses of ureter was (13 598.83 + 584.29)yuan, retroperitoneal laparoscopic group is (17 349.78 + 690.56) yuan. Conclusions:Ureteroscopic holmiumlaser lithotripsy for ureteral complicated calculi stone 基金项目:总后勤部医药科研立项(CLZ12J004) free rate is low, low cost, laparoscopic ureterolithotomy stone free rate is high, increased relatively high cost, both have their advantages, should according to patient situation, select reasonable treatment.
