Abstract:Objective: To analyze the risk factors for acute kidney injury (AKI) after laparoscopic/robotic-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy (PN) in patients with solitaryrenal tumor. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 46 patients with a diagnosis of renal tumor who were treated with laparoscopic PN at our hospital between February 2012 and July 2022. Thirty-four patients were divided into AKI group and 12 into non-AKI group based on the presence of AKI.Univariate, multivariate logistic regression analysis of risk factors for AKI. Results: 34 patients (73.9%) developed postoperative AKI.Univariate logistic regression analysis revealed three possible clinical variables:warm ischemic time(P=0.045),blood uric acid(P=0.069),and SCr(P=0.080).Multivariate logistic regression showed that warm ischemic time was a risk factor for AKI (OR=1.151, 95% CI: 1.027 -1.290; P=0.015). Conclusion: the incidence of AKI after laparoscopic PN in patients with solitary renal tumor is high and is related to longer warm ischemic time.
