Abstract:With the improvement of minimally invasive treatment techniques for urinary calculi, retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) has become an important choice for the treatment of kidney stones. However, because the stone free rate is affected by many factors, how to predict and evaluate the postoperative results of RIRS according to the stone condition before surgery and choose a reasonable surgical method, so as to improve the efficacy of RIRS and reduce the incidence of complications has become the current research focus. Although foreign countries have long studied the establishment of RUSS scoring system, Modified S.T.O.N.E. scoring system, Modified s-resc scoring system and other preoperative quantitative prediction models, there are still relevant research reports in China. And in recent years, there are continuously new prediction models (such as qingshi index model, SHA). LIN concordant scoring system, R.I.R.S. In this paper, by summarizing the relevant researches on several current prediction systems, the clinical applications of different prediction models are expounded, so as to provide guidance for future clinical work.
