Abstract：Objective: To explore the nursing efficacy of "precise nursing" in urological robot-assisted laparoscopic operation. Methods: Based on the theory of "precise nursing cooperation", we re-created the primary nursing process for urological operation. Results: After the precise nursing was done, the patients subject to urological operation relaxed and had better cooperations with nurses and anesthetists during operation. The efficiency was improved in nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction. Conclusions: "Precise nursing" in urological robot-assisted laparoscopic operation could improve the quality of operation and reduce the anxiety of the patients and their family members in maximum.
