摘要目的：：评价经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(transurethral resection of bladder tumor,TURBT)在治疗高龄膀胱癌合并反复性出血中的疗效及安全性.方法：2003年5月~2013年5月共收治高龄膀胱癌合并反复性出血患者62例,行TURBT治疗.结果：62例患者手术均顺利完成,无术中死亡,无术中输血；术后常规用丝裂霉素40 mg＋0.9％生理盐水40 ml 进行膀胱灌注化疗.术后采用电话随访,随访时间为6~60个月,平均32个月；均能达到良好止血效果,患者生活质量明显改善,5年生存率为79.0％.结论：TURBT处理高龄膀胱癌合并反复性出血止血效果达100％,安全系数高,术后配合丝裂霉素化疗,达到治疗及改善生存质量的目的.
