摘要目的：探讨经尿道等离子双极电切术(P KRP )治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的方法和临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2010年9月~2013年5月行PKRP治疗BP H 患者53例的临床资料,对其手术方法和临床疗效进行分析。结果：所有患者均顺利完成,无输血、直肠损伤病例；术后4例轻度尿失禁,1周~1个月后完全恢复。随访1~6个月,I PSS、QOL、Qmax、剩余尿量与术前相比均有明显改善。结论：P KRP 治疗BP H 具有安全性高、并发症少、疗效确切等特点,值得推广应用。
