Clinical observation on circumcision with the anastomat combined with penile dorsal nerve selective dividing surgery in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation

Abstract：Objective: To investigate the curative effect of circumcision with the anastomat combined with penile dorsal nerve selective dividing surgery in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation. Methods: Sixty-five voluntary patients with redundant prepuce accompanied primary premature ejaculation in our hospital were selected and treated with circumcision with the anastomat combined with penile dorsal nerve selective dividing surgery. Latency time of intravaginal ejaculation and sexual satisfaction were observed. Results: The postoperative latency time of intravaginal ejaculation, (6.47±1.43)min, and sexual satisfaction, (39.20±12.41)%, as comparedwith preoperation, (1.45±0.53)min and (19.14±6.55)%, were significantlyimproved (P<0.01). Conclusions: Circumcision with the anastomat combined with penile dorsal nerve selective dividing surgery is reliable in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation of patients with redundant prepuce.
